The TacOps Tourney 2003 officially started on SEP 19.
As observers for tourney games are most welcome make sure
to check out the Scheduled Games Calendar to see whether
there is a game to observe at any given time.
To observe games meet players on IRC at server:

After the deadline for subscription passed on SEP 10 the referee
James Sterrett proceeded to draw the 32 players of 10 nations
into the 8 groups A-H.
Check out the result of this distribution on the Standings page: In many
groups the group winner position promises to be heavily contested,
the interesting replay files are available to non-players.
The graphics displayed there also show which player plays which
scenario against which opponent.
If you had not heard of the tourney yet, there still is
time to subscribe as a reserve player in case someone drops out
